zumba + dance cardio
Zumba and Dance Cardio are total-body workouts disguised as a dance party. By mixing low and high intensity moves, they combine all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy. toning
Toning is a 20-30 minute varied intensity workout, using low resistance and high repetition, with short rests between sets. It improves muscular endurance, muscle definition and cardiovascular fitness without bulking up your muscles. It reduces the appearance of fat by tightening muscles and giving them shape. Yoga Nidra meditation
Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation through guided meditation. Studies have shown it’s effective in reducing anxiety and stress. Leave feeling relaxed and renewed. There are multiple options for positioning yourself so you will be comfortable throughout the practice.
